Standard Forms of Agreement - EJCDC

The Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee develops and periodically updates the standard documents for contractual relations between parties involved in a construction project. Sale of the documents is made through ASCE, CEC, CSI, and NSPE.

National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program - NEHRP

Established by the Earthquake Hazards Reduction Act of 1977, Public Law 95-124, bringing many different efforts together into a cohesive national program in order to reduce the risks to life and property within the US from future earthquake.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)
